Black Applique Beauty!

I knew when I put this on the frame last week it would be a doozy! My customer spent a year on this quilt. Lots of English paper piecing and needle turn applique in this beauty. The quilting needed to be only the background so her work would shine! I never went into her solid fabrics as she had done a bold, hand stitching on these blocks. I'll let this quilt speak for itself! Enjoy!         The pattern can be found at Sue Daley Designs. My customer changed all the fabrics to solids, so the look is quite different. I love the completed quilt!
